Megève

Megève is the main part of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, the fourth largest in France. The main ski areas of Hay; Mont d’Arbois, Rochebrune and Le Jaillet, which offer 325 km of slopes and are serviced by 88 means of elevation. As the resort is relatively low, much of the skiing in Megeve is on beautiful wooded slopes with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. Megève is one of the special features of the French maximum income, the deserted tracks that can be without any sort of ski agglomeration. There is a wide variety of mountain restaurants. Megève is a resort open all year round. It includes a large sports complex, an outdoor pool, horse-drawn taxis, many quality restaurants and some excellent designer boutiques in an exceptional pedestrian area. The village of Megève retains a very French atmosphere.

 

Transportation

The nearest airport is in Geneva ie 9 km by car, about 1 hour of travel. The nearest station is Sallanches, Megève is located in the Mont Blanc region.

There is an antenna in Geneva then bus or taxi to Megève. In Megève, Saturday’s sound packets are on Saturday.
